Duties and Taxes
We currently ship to Ireland and the United Kingdom.
For both destinations, VAT is included in your total at checkout. This ensures your order is fully compliant with local tax requirements, and there are no unexpected charges for most deliveries.
Important notice for UK customers:
Orders over £135 may be subject to additional customs duties and handling fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by UK customs and are payable solely by the customer. If you are unsure whether your order will exceed this threshold, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders by the next working day. However, during periods of high order volume, dispatch times may be delayed slightly, though every effort will be made to ship your order as promptly as possible.
Shipping Details & Address Accuracy
Please ensure your address and contact information are correct before completing your order. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete information, redelivery will incur an additional charge, or we can issue a refund minus the original shipping fee.
Changes & Order Support
If you need to update your order, please contact us at hello@archangelireland.com as soon as possible.
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make further changes.
Order Tracking
Depending on the shipping option selected at checkout, your order may include tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, contact us with your name and order number — we’ll look into it immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind? You may return any unused item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). Please contact us first for return authorisation.
Should your order arrive damaged or not as expected, please reach out to us — including photos where possible — at hello@archangelireland.com. We handle these on a case-by-case basis, and if the issue is on our side, we’ll cover the return cost and make things right.
